    Was craving some ramen, my boyfriend decide to bring me here. I believe I came here before with him years ago but did not remember. The broth was rich and the noodle is chewy. Love the portion. The servers were nice and welcoming. I got the spicy miso and he got the spicy shio tonkotsu.

    I've been coming here for years! This is my staple ramen shop in the Torrance/Gardena area. I love this ramen shop with its impressive Japanese decor and warm ambiance, it really transports me to Japan every time I come here. But of course I couldn't recommend this place if the food wasn't good. I absolutely love the chashu tonkotsu ramen and the price is way better than other places! The broth is so flavorful, the noodles are nice and bouncy, and the chashu is delicately tender. Also the owner is always so welcoming and working diligently to serve every customer, his consistency over the years is really impressive! I cannot recommend this place more highly, check it out for yourself!

    I've been looking for an "iekei style" ramen, and have finally found it at Jidaiya. I tried the basic Yokohama Tonkotsu and the soup was so dang rich, a bit on the saltier side but so good. Pro tip - ask for garlic to add to your soup for that extra oomph. I can't wait to try other flavors like shio and miso
